Flight 112

Flight 112 is one of the best fine dining experiences in town.  From the food to the local artist artwork on the walls.  The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere interesting, the deserts (well not so good).

Guac N Tacos

Guac N Tacos has some average steak tacos at slightly higher that average prices.  It's not bad, but first impression was it wasn't great.

Cilantro Taco Grill

Cilantro Taco Grill has got to be the best taco place in Elmhurst.  However, it's almost exclusively take out.  There are only a few stools along the window and a couple of tables outside (see pictures below).  Get the Tacos Cesinas.

Fred's Place

Fred's Place can best be described as the way Rocky looks at the end of the movie ... beaten senseless.  But, miraculously he wins.  That's Fred's Place.  Severely weathered, but very cheap, very good food.

Sarpino's Pizza

Sarpino's Pizza could best be described as "pizza-jerky".  Josh (son) was getting TMJ from eating it.  Eating pizza should not be work!

Papa Johns

Papa John's Pizza - I was disappointed I didn't run into Payton Manning!  Other than that, I liked the fact they're promoting natural ingredients.  Not a bad choice for a kid's party ... kids will eat almost anything with cheese on it ... even an occasional vegetable ...

Elmhurst Family Restaurant

Elmhurst Family Restaurant is better than the reviews.  Either that, or the reviews set my expectations so low that it seemed better.  Nicer and more reasonable than most places in town.
